Motherhood has always been part of my story. Even before I became a mom, that pull shaped how I moved through the world, and how I show up for others.
Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of couples on their fertility journeys through nursing, acupuncture, doula care, and holistic support. I know fertility isn’t just about the body, it’s about safety, connection, and the environment we create to welcome new life.
I believe fertility is a whole-person experience. It asks us to look at how we’re living, relating, and caring for ourselves. It’s not about chasing a baby, it’s about making space for one, in every sense.
Motherhood changed me. It opened parts of me I didn’t know existed, deepened my empathy, and sharpened my intuition. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. I don’t believe in rushing. I believe in presence, honesty, and honoring the nervous system and sacred timing of life.
This retreat is born from that belief. It’s for couples who want more than charts and protocols, they want to reconnect with themselves, with each other, and with the deeper “why” behind creating life.
